1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

2.2 Account Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
• You may register only one (1) Account per person. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false identities is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds and winnings.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials including username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify aura88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
• You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify aura88 of a suspected security breach.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

aura88 is required to verify the identity of all Users under applicable anti-money laundering regulations and licensing requirements. You agree to provide the following documents when requested:

• Valid government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP/National Identity Card or passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government document).
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document for identity confirmation.
• Additional documentation as may be reasonably requested for enhanced verification or compliance purposes.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on withdrawals, deposits, or account functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed. aura88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to complete verification or provide false documentation.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

You may fund your Account using approved payment methods including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The following terms apply to deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.
• aura88 does not charge fees for deposits, although your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.
• Deposited funds are typically credited to your Account instantly or within minutes, depending on payment method and banking hours.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Your Account must be fully verified through KYC procedures before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching your verified Account identity.
• Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn only after applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• aura88 aims to process withdrawal requests for verified accounts within 15 minutes during banking hours (09:00-16:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). E-wallet withdrawals are processed 24/7. Processing times may be extended for large withdrawals, enhanced due diligence, or technical issues beyond our control.
• aura88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals if required for security, compliance, or fraud prevention purposes.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier status. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 20,000,000, which may be increased for VIP members.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

aura88 operates under strict anti-money laundering policies. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• aura88 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transaction patterns and report findings to relevant authorities.
• Accounts suspected of money laundering, fraud, or illegal activity will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or pool bonuses.

• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or platform vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage.

aura88 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and terminate accounts found engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.

• Legitimate account balances (excluding winnings obtained through violation of Terms) may be returned to you after investigation, minus any applicable fees or chargebacks.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

8.3 Limitation of Liability

For disputes involving Indonesian residents, Indonesian law shall apply to the extent not inconsistent with licensing jurisdiction requirements.

9.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with aura88 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings against aura88.

10. Amendments and Updates

aura88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
